• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice
• Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed

All payments are securely processed via trusted third-party providers.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days
• Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, launches, or promotions

You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

• Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location
• During busy periods, delivery may take up to 10–14 working days
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

Risk and ownership of the product pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7–14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging is intact

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

7. 2-Year Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every Out of Office product.

Each bag includes a 2-year limited guarantee covering manufacturing faults under normal, intended use.

What's covered:

• Zip malfunctions or breakage
• Stitching coming loose
• Hardware defects (e.g. clips, fasteners)
• Lining faults not caused by misuse

What's not covered:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scuffs, softening of fabric)
• Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or improper care
• Accidental damage (spills, tears, burns, etc.)
• Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

How it works:

• Proof of purchase is required
• Contact us at zakiyya@out-of-office.co.za with your order number and images of the issue
• We reserve the right to assess each claim
• If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion

Please note:

• Repairs or replacements do not extend the original guarantee period
• Customers may be responsible for shipping costs depending on the case

8. Product Care

Our products are designed for everyday use, but proper care is essential for longevity.

Please follow the care instructions provided with your product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to:

• Images
• Branding
• Product designs
• Graphics and copy

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Out of Office shall not be liable for:
