    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

    To be eligible:

    • The item must be unused and in original condition
    • All original packaging must be included

    Once your return is approved and received, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

    Please note:

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
    • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

    Exchanges

    We offer exchanges for:

    • Different colours
    • Or replacement of faulty items

    If you'd like to exchange your bag, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Faulty or Damaged Items

    Every bag is carefully checked before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll make it right.

    You're covered by our 2-year repair warranty, which includes:

    • Zip repairs
    • Stitching repairs
    • Minor structural fixes

    If your item arrives damaged:

    • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Include your order number and clear photos

    Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns on:

    • Used items
    • Items damaged through wear and tear
    • Customised or personalised items (if applicable later)
